Please note: *Out of the 16 federal states in Germany, only Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria introduced tuition fees at Public Universities — and solely for non-European students. Baden-Württemberg charges €1,500 per semester, applicable from the Winter 2017 session. In Bavaria, tuition fees range from €0 to €3,000 per semester, with the majority costing between €0 and €800 per semester, depending on the university and the study program.

The APS certificate is a mandatory document for Indian students applying for long-term student visas (>90 days) to Germany.
#Important Note: Admission to German Public Universities requires submission of your complete one-year university results — not just one semester — along with your APS certificate, before the application deadline of July 15th or January 15th for the subsequent intake.
